Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AuthRAI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AuthRAI provides AI agent identity and token infrastructure, including issuance, verification, and revocation of scoped credentials for autonomous software agents. Features vary by subscription plan.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, or interfere with the Service's integrity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis via Paddle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store audit logs, agent records, and token metadata as described therein.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. SLA guarantees apply only to Enterprise plans as specified in your agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuthRAI's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted. You may export your data via the API at any time during an active subscription.
10. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice to your registered email. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
