Terms of Service

Last updated: January 1, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By using AuthRAI services, you agree to these terms. If you're accessing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (or your organization) and AuthRAI.

2. Service Description

AuthRAI provides credential management for AI agents: token issuance, verification, policy enforcement, and audit logging. We provide the service "as is" with reasonable uptime expectations. We may modify or discontinue features with 30 days notice for non-critical changes.

3. Account Responsibilities

You're responsible for all activity under your account. Keep credentials secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. You must not use the service for illegal purposes, to attack other systems, or in ways that violate our usage policies.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime; service continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We use a third-party payment processor; billing disputes should be directed to us first.

5. Usage Limits

Each plan has limits on agents, tokens, and retention. Exceeding limits may result in throttling or overage charges. We'll notify you before imposing overage fees. Enterprise customers have custom limits as negotiated.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your agent configurations, tokens, and audit data. We retain ownership of the AuthRAI platform, SDKs, and documentation. We may use anonymized, aggregate usage data to improve our services.

7. Data and Security

We implement reasonable security measures. You're responsible for securing your account credentials and API keys. We're not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. See our security page for details.

8. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuthRAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. This limitation doesn't apply to damages from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AuthRAI from claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you via email for significant changes.
